On November 13, the Tech Ed. department had a visit from the National Guard, who brought an H1 Hummer and a job trainer simulator for our students. It was an incredible opportunity for them to see and interact with advanced equipment that they might encounter in careers related to technical education and beyond.
The students were particularly engaged with the job trainer simulator, which provided a realistic experience in operating equipment they may use in future professions. This kind of hands-on exposure is invaluable in motivating them to consider various technical career paths and understand real-world applications of what they’re learning.

High School Girls Leadership Conference
On October 3rd, six students from Clintonville High School participated in the first-ever High School Girls' Leadership Conference sponsored by NEW SAGE Strategies. LLC was held at the Resch Center in Green Bay. This transformative experience gave these young women opportunities for growth, learning, and inspiration on their leadership journey. At the conference, there were 371 student participants,457 participants, and a total of 26 school districts from around Wisconsin who attended the conference. Student participants reported that they learned that they can do anything they put their mind to, listen to the negative voices in their heads, and not give up and know their worth. The student leaders have already met and are making plans for spreading lessons learned throughout Clintonville High School. Staff plan on involving additional student leaders next year. The school and community deeply appreciate the support that made it possible for these students to attend, connect with peers, and be empowered. Together, we are nurturing the next generation of leaders and shaping a brighter future. This conference was a valuable step in that important work.

This week, our 6th graders had a WEB lesson about "Lift Ups." They learned just how important it is to be a positive influence on one another. We talked about how negative words can really "weigh you down" and make things tougher. Plus, they were reminded that once something is said, it can’t be taken back—so let’s choose our words wisely!
Great job, 6th graders and WEB Leaders! Keep spreading those positive vibes!

Special thanks to HOPE Community Church who donated snacks to Clintonville staff for parent/teacher conferences.

6th graders recently went to the school forest to do a variety of different activities. One of the activities was shelter building. Using what they found in nature, they were to construct a shelter that would keep them safe in the elements! They all did a great job and had a lot of fun!

There has been an increasing interest in the possibility of creating a WIAA recognized high school boys swim team. One of the steps of the process is to ask the Clintonville Board of Education for consideration and therefore, we need projected participant numbers. If you child is interested or curious, we encourage them to fill out the questionnaire by using the QR code on your phone, or by using the following URL.
