Congrats Goes To - Melissa Zschaechner - WADA Athletic Service Award
Each year, the Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association (WADA) proudly honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to supporting their schools' athletic programs through the Wisconsin Athletic Service Award. This award recognizes those community members who go above and beyond, whether through financial support, coaching, volunteering, or cheering on our student-athletes.
This year, we are thrilled to announce that the recipient of WADA’s Athletic Service Award from Clintonville is Melissa Zschaechner. Melissa has been a cornerstone of our athletic community, dedicating her time and expertise as a game worker for both our high school and middle school programs. Her commitment shines through in her roles as scorekeeper and scoreboard operator, where she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure our events run smoothly.
Over the past five years, Melissa has tirelessly supported our teams, contributing her time to volleyball, football, soccer, swimming, basketball, wrestling, and track & field events. Her enthusiasm and reliability have made a significant impact on our programs, and we are incredibly grateful for her unwavering support.
On behalf of the Clintonville Public School District, our Athletic Programs, and our student-athletes, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Melissa for her remarkable contributions and dedication. Congratulations!

FCCLA ( Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) made gift bags for 2nd graders to take home to encourage spending time together as a family during Fall/Thanksgiving Break. The bag included an age appropriate movie list, a bag of popcorn, and an origami set along with a little note from FCCLA.

If you plan to attend Saturday's Basketball Games in Shawano, anyone who donates a new hat, pair of mittens, or socks (or makes a cash donation) is provided free admission to the games that day.

During the last 2 weeks, students in General Construction class were able to help build little kid picnic tables for Mother Goose Day Care after they had a fire. With help from Torborgs Lumber, who donated all the lumber and screws, we were able to build 4 picnic tables! The students worked together in groups to follow building plans and divided up responsibilities to get the job done.

Congratulations to Addy Lundt who competed in the WIAA State Swim Meet this weekend. Addy took 3rd place in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:06.67. She also took 10th place in the 200 IM, with a new personal best time of 1:15.20 and new school record. Addy is the first swimmer in CHS swim history to take top three at state.

On November 13, the Tech Ed. department had a visit from the National Guard, who brought an H1 Hummer and a job trainer simulator for our students. It was an incredible opportunity for them to see and interact with advanced equipment that they might encounter in careers related to technical education and beyond.
The students were particularly engaged with the job trainer simulator, which provided a realistic experience in operating equipment they may use in future professions. This kind of hands-on exposure is invaluable in motivating them to consider various technical career paths and understand real-world applications of what they’re learning.

Clintonville places 9th in sectionals at Ashwaubenon . Addy takes 1st in the 100 breast, and 3rd in the 200 IM, qualifying for state in both events

Specialist Shelton visited the first grade classes at CES on Veterans Day.

A special thank you to the following individuals for bringing this event to CHS:
Heather Long - CHS FACS Educator
Mia Peterson - Financial Education Specialist at Fox Communities Credit Union
