Hello Clintonville Families: After last nights board meeting in which it was moved by the board to begin the school in year in the high risk phase of the return to school plan, the administrative team started to divide students into groups alphabetically by household and transportation. We will let parents know when these will be available. Details and expectations for the instructional learning days, both in person and virtual are being developed by administration and staff for a comprehensive educational plan for our students. A reminder that school registration is scheduled for tomorrow from 12 - 7 pm and Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm at the high school. Student schedules will be available after registering. School pictures for grades 5 - 12 will be Thursday, August 13th from 8 am - 1 pm in the High School gym. Students currently without Chromebooks will be issued devices the first week of school. If your child is not registering for school in the Clintonville School District, please return any district issued Chromebook to any of the school offices. Open house scheduled for August 26th will be in a virtual format and not in person. More details will be sent out by building level administrators. Additional communication regarding the start of the school year will be sent out by building. Sincerely, David D. Dyb, Ed.D. Superintendent

School Registration Registration will take place on August 12th (noon - 7 pm) and 13th (8 am - 1 pm) at Clintonville High School. This year we will also have an online registration option through Skyward Family Access. We encourage parents to take advantage of online registration for the school year. This will help us with social distancing, as well as allow you to complete registration at your convenience. As a reminder, facial coverings are required inside of the building. For safety reasons and in order to successfully socially distance we request that one adult from the household pick up the registration paperwork, if possible. We will have some seating available for you to fill the paperwork out, but will be limiting the number of people in the commons area. If you would prefer, you may pick up the registration paperwork and drop it off later during the registration times. This year there will NOT be a registration for Spanish speaking families in Bear Creek. We will have interpreters and translators available for our Spanish speaking families on August 12th and 13th at Clintonville High School. They will be in rooms 144 and 145. Middle school and high school students are able to get their photos taken for their student ids in the back of the gym. We will have the gym doors open for an easy in and out?? Everyone else is asked to enter through the FIELD HOUSE FRONT entrance and follow signs.

July 30, 2020 Dear Parents We have received many inquiries regarding the CPSD back to school plan and when it will be released to the public. A draft of the 2020-2021 Back to School Plan was presented and discussed with the School Board on July 20th and with staff on July 27th. These initial documents were created with the cooperation of local health officials, district nursing staff, neighboring district administrative teams, CESA 8 superintendents, and school administrators and directors. The documents have been revised and will again be presented to the School Board on August 5th during a special meeting. At this time a decision will be made on the back to school plan for Clintonville Public School District. A commitment date will be determined for parents to select educational options for their child to begin the 2020-2021 school year. Thank You for your patience, understanding, and support of the Clintonville Public School District. Link to Video Message - https://tinyurl.com/y2nj7a5e Sincerely, David C. Dyb, Ed.D. Superintendent
