ABOUT THE DISTRICT
The Clintonville Public School District has one PK-4 school (Dellwood Early Learning Center), one K-4 elementary school (Rexford-Longfellow Elementary), one 5-8 middle school (Clintonville Middle) and one 9-12 high school (Clintonville High). From early childhood screening through high school graduation, the district offers opportunities for gifted and talented, special education and English language learners (ELL). In addition to academics, students have a myriad of extracurricular clubs and activities from which to choose including FFA, dramatics, forensics, student council, art club, National Honor Society, You Grow Girl, Wise Guys, ski club and more. The district also runs Trucker University, which provides after school programming at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Community organizations, including Rotary, recognize student achievement and award annual scholarships to graduates.
The Board of Education is working diligently on long-term facilities planning process, with a diverse committee working to develop viable facility concepts for the future.
The Clintonville Public School District serves more than 1,300 students who live near the scenic Navarino State Wildlife Area and Deer Creek State WIldlife Area in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. The school district’s boundaries encompass two villages (Embarrass and Bear Creek) and ten townships (Bear Creek, Belle Plaine, Deer Creek, Larabee, Lebanon, Maine, Matteson, Navarino, Pella, Union).
The City of Clintonville is located in NE Waupaca County, nestled within the beautiful hills, woods, waterways, and farm fields. It traverses State Highways 45 and 22 and is a short commute to job centers in Green Bay, Wausau, and the Fox Valley Communities.
