Title 1 Parents Right to Know
Dear Parent/Guardian:
In compliance with the requirements of the Every Students Succeeds Act (ESSA) Section 1111(h)(6) PARENTS RIGHT-TO-KNOW, the Clintonville School District would like to inform you that you may request information about the professional qualifications of your student’s teacher(s) and/ or paraprofessional(s). This information regarding the professional qualifications of your child’s teachers including, at a minimum, the following:
- Whether the teacher has met State qualification and licensing criteria for the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher provides instruction.
- Whether the teacher is teaching with a one-year license with stipulation.
- The baccalaureate degree major of the teacher and any other graduate certification or degree held by the teacher, and the field of discipline of the certification or degree.
- Whether the child is provided services by instructional paraprofessionals and, if so, their qualifications.
If you wish to request information concerning your child’s teacher’s and/ or paraprofessional’s qualifications, please contact the District Superintendent, at 715-823-7215 ext. 2604.
